Prior to purchasing or downloading Cloud9, please ensure you have read:

• Technical Specification (minimum and recommended requirements)
• Setup Instructions

The software only works if your computer has the following:

• recommended specifications (graphic card, performance etc)
• Falcon haptic device connected to your system.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your hardware meets our specifications and is set up correctly.

Failure to do so could invalidate your activation code. Please, you have been made aware of this!

Note for users of earlier versions:

• Make sure any previous versions of the software have been uninstalled before installing this latest version, Cloud9 v2.1. 
  • To uninstall go to Start Menu->Control Panel->Add or Remove Programs. Select Cloud9 and click remove.

Procedure to convert models created in your older version to the new data structure:

• open a model from a previous version (v2 and earlier)
• save and re-open it before undertaking any task
